﻿# octopus task wait

Wait for a provided list of task(s) to finish

```text
Usage:
  octopus task wait [TaskIDs] [flags]

Flags:
      --cancel-on-timeout   Cancel the tasks if the wait timeout is reached
      --poll-interval int   Polling interval in seconds to check task status during wait (default 10)
      --progress            Show detailed progress of the tasks
      --timeout int         Time in seconds to wait for the tasks to complete (default 600)

Global Flags:
  -h, --help                   Show help for a command
      --no-prompt              Disable prompting in interactive mode
  -f, --output-format string   Specify the output format for a command ("json", "table", or "basic") (default "table")
  -s, --space string           Specify the space for operations

```
